Renting a scooter from this hostel was mind-blowing! The process was super easy and within minutes we were on our way. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and even helped us arrange transportation to our next destination. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the showers had hot water. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent guidance for our Ha Giang Loop adventure. They were always available to assist us and we felt well cared for throughout our stay. If you're planning to do the loop, this is the place to stay!

donkey hostel was the highlight of my stay in ha giang. lo, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. the bikes were in great condition and his knowledge of the area was invaluable. highly recommended.

the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with a homey check-in desk in the kitchen. the host, Khainh, was friendly and created a warm and comfortable environment. the location of the hostel was perfect, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. It was also conveniently located near the bus pickup point for those planning to travel to Hanoi. the staff were incredibly helpful and provided great advice for those starting the Ha Giang loop. the breakfast, particularly the banana pancakes with honey, was delicious. I highly recommend this hostel for its great location, friendly staff, and excellent facilities. Cons: Nothing could have been better! 👍.

I had an exceptional stay at this hostel during my visit to Ha Giang. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided me with great advice for exploring the area. The location of the hostel was perfect, with many restaurants nearby. The hot shower was a welcome amenity, especially during the colder season. The highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast, particularly the banana pancake with honey - it was absolutely delightful!

The location was great, just a short walk from where our pick-up was. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the fresh juice was delicious. It was also nice to have access to all the necessary items in the room.

The private room was not well-maintained, with dust everywhere and questionable stains on the towels and bed sheets. The room had no window, making the air damp and uncomfortable.

The 24-hour front desk was quite helpful and accommodating during our stay. They were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests, making us feel well taken care of.

Bedsheets were not changed.

We had an amazing time at the Donkey Hostel in Ha Giang! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The hot showers were a welcome treat, especially during the cooler weather. They even provided us with an extra blanket when we requested one. The breakfast was delicious, and we highly recommend trying the banana pancake with honey. The hostel also had comfortable beds, which is a rare find in Vietnam. we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

We felt very at home at the Donkey Hostel and had no complaints whatsoever.

The family dinner was delightful, Tung was very helpful and accommodating, comfortable beds, hot showers, great staff, hearty breakfasts.

Couldn't stay longer.
